Our Process
At Finest Plastering, we elevate your interiors with our expert Venetian plastering services. Here\'s our step-by-step process, designed for a luxurious and hassle-free experience.
Stage 1: Consultation and Quotation
We begin with a visit to your property to provide a detailed quote. You share your design aspirations, and we present a variety of design options to help you visualize the possibilities.
Stage 2: Sample Creation
Once you're happy with the design direction, we move forward by creating three bespoke sample designs for a fee of £100. This ensures you can see and feel the luxurious finish before making a final decision. If you choose to proceed with the project, this fee will be deducted from the total cost.
Stage 3: Decision Time
Should you decide not to proceed, the £100 covers the cost of the samples. However, if you choose to continue, this fee is deducted from the total project cost.
Stage 4: Deposit and Project Initiation
To secure your booking, we require a 25% deposit of the quoted price. We then schedule the start date and begin the transformation. Payments are structured in stages: 50% upon reaching the halfway mark, 75% when the project is three-quarters complete, and the final payment upon completion.
Stage 5: Completion and Certification
Upon project completion, you can enjoy your newly designed Venetian plastered walls. We provide a certificate of completion, which includes a three-month insurance guarantee for your peace of mind.
